CleanMyApple Pro purchases are final and non-refundable. Because a license key is delivered digitally and immediately usable, we don't offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete — please make sure CleanMyApple is right for you using the free scan before purchasing.

The one exception is a genuine billing error — for example, being charged twice for the same purchase. If that happens to you, contact vikramsingh5682@gmail.com with your order details and we'll make it right.
