First time opening it?
CleanMyApple isn't yet notarized by Apple, so macOS will block it the first time with a message like "CleanMyApple" Not Opened. This is expected for a new app outside the Mac App Store. To open it: click Done on that dialog, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to the CleanMyApple message. Confirm once more and it'll launch — you only need to do this the first time.
